PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

Altos Capital knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting Altos Capital, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
•    Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Altos Capital customers on behalf of Altos Capital and other businesses. When Altos Capital does this, we do not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please notify Altos Capital by sending an email to support@altosfund.org. In addition, consistent with industry standard practices, Altos Capital may share certain contact information with other businesses for their use, for example, in conducting promotional campaigns. If you do not like your contact information shared in this manner, please notify Altos Capital by sending an email to support@altosfund.org.
•    Protection of Altos Capital and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce the terms of the Legal Notices that accompany this policy; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Altos Capital, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
•    With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
•    Each time you request information, or register for events or services, you are agreeing to receive communications from us about Altos Capital services, products, offers and promotions.
